How it Works

To create your account, visit our home page and click on the button labeled "Create Account." You will be prompted to:

Create a username and password, and provide an email address for your account.

Create 2 unique security questions to make your account more secure.

For customers in Ontario only, purchase a membership to Dynacare Plus.

Once you have set up your account, Dynacare Plus will send you an activation email. Click on the link within this email to activate your Dynacare Plus account.

You can access the results of your lab tests through a section of Dynacare Plus called My Lab Test Results. Here you will find your lab results divided into several sections:

Your Order Summary outlines the basic details of your various lab test orders.

When you click on an order from the Order Summary, you will be able to view a Summary of Results. Here you will see a list of the tests included in that order, along with an overview of your test results.

You can see the Detail View of a specific test, in which you will be provided your test result, along with a description of the test and what your results can mean to you.

NOTE: Your lab test results are just one source of health information about you. Results should be considered in the context of all of the information your physician knows about you and your health. Always speak with your doctor so you can fully understand your results.

Dynacare Plus strives to offer you health guidance and information that best suits you and your needs and health goals. To do this, we need to get to know you better first! My Profile is where you will provide your personal health information. Dynacare Plus is secure and private, so you can feel comfortable adding details to My Profile about your medical history, your family's health history, information about your vaccinations and allergies, your lifestyle habits, and contact details for members of your health care team.

My Health Record allows you to store your ongoing health efforts. You can keep a list of all the medications you are taking, set up reminders for your upcoming medical appointments or vaccinations, and even manually record lab test results, and keep track of the results you add to My Lab Test Results Watch List.

The My Health Personality Quiz is a 21-step questionnaire that assesses your ability to take action and self-manage your health issues. It's quick and simple to take the questionnaire, and it will reveal the areas of health management you excel in and in what areas you need more practice and guidance. And the information you share in My Health Personality Quiz helps to shape your experience with Dynacare Plus, allowing us to offer you more personalized and tailored advice and information.

Dynacare Plus offers a knowledge-boosting collection of informative, clinically-reviewed articles on a wide variety of health and wellness topics. You can add articles to My Reading List to review or reread whenever you'd like.

Dynacare Plus is a secure site, so your health information is safe here. However, once you have logged out of Dynacare Plus, it is your responsibility to protect your personal health information. Please keep in mind the following tips for safeguarding your privacy. Keep your private details private - unless you want them public. Do not post health information in a public forum unless you want that information made public. This includes social networks and community forums.

Minimize or avoid communicating your health information through your mobile device or through email, especially through your work email accounts.

Use secure passwords to protect your information whenever sending or storing health information on a computer or mobile device. Be sure to verify the source before sharing any of your personal health information. Always read websites' privacy policies and terms of use (sometimes called "terms and conditions" or "terms of service".)

Throughout Dynacare Plus you will sometimes see a blue question mark icon. Click on these HELP icons for further information about the related feature. And if you have any questions or concerns at any time, please visit the Dynacare Plus Contact Us page, always accessible through the footer at the bottom of the site.

The free Dynacare Plus mobile app is compatible with any Apple or Android smartphone and tablet devices.

Visit either the App Store or Google Play to download the mobile app.

Search for "Dynacare Plus", and tap "Install" to download the mobile app to your device.

Locate the mobile app on your device, and tap the app icon to launch the application.

You will then be prompted to enter your Dynacare Plus account username and password to begin using the mobile app.

An active Dynacare Plus membership is required to use the mobile app. If you have not yet created an account, please go to DynacarePlus.com, click "Create Account" and follow the instructions to register. To create an account on Dynacare Plus you will need to receive a Dynacare Plus PIN from one of our locations or the physician office where your lab samples were collected.
